Why did you join the Skills Accelerator opportunity?

My initial intention for joining was to simply received employment but very quickly i discovered that there is more being offered and i wanted those opportunities to further expand my skills and have experience.

How has Skills Accelerator benefited you thus far?

How this venture benefited me was that it gave me more confidence in my skills and to use them within the workforce. Back in college an ex lecture of mine advised us (students) that it is as important to have  work experience as it is to have qualifications behind your name. I think that this program does both.

What were some of your highlights?

The highlight of my journey so far with Rlabs this the people i have gotten to know and the genuine friendships i have developed.

What would you tell unemployed youth about this opportunity?

Put alot of effort into yourself and who you are so that you can discover what it is you want for your life and from there you can understand what you want to work towards. Do and discover different ways you can up skill yourself and become even more valuable to a business.
